Energy Healing Sessions with Sapna Bhatiani / Light & Depth

1. Nature of Service

Energy healing (including Reiki and intuitive energy work) is a complementary therapy and is not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or psychotherapy. It is offered for the purposes of relaxation, stress reduction, and general wellbeing. No specific results or cures are promised or guaranteed.

2. Booking & Payment

All sessions must be pre-booked and pre-paid (or paid immediately after a “pay-what-feels-right” session).
Payments are accepted via bank transfer or Wise.
“Pay-what-feels-right” introductory sessions: you are invited to pay an amount that feels aligned after the session (suggested range shown at booking). Payment is still required within 24 hours.

3. Session Length & Format

Sessions are 60–75 minutes unless otherwise stated.
Remote/distance sessions are delivered via phone or WhatsApp audio call.
In-person sessions take place at a mutually agreed quiet, private location in or near Bath (or at the client’s home by prior arrangement).

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

48 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling without charge.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice incur a charge of 50% of the fee.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice (or no-shows) are charged in full.
Late arrival may reduce your session time; the full fee remains payable.
I (the practitioner) retain the right to alter an appointment time with reasonable notice.
I (the practitioner) retain the right to refuse treatment at my discretion.

5. Health & Safety (In-Person Sessions)

You confirm you are not suffering from any contagious illness at the time of an in-person session.
I hold public liability insurance and am fully trained in Reiki/Energy Healing.
A comfortable therapy couch or seated arrangement will be provided; you remain fully clothed.

6. Confidentiality

Everything shared during sessions is treated as confidential, except where I believe there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others (in which case I may need to contact relevant authorities).

7. Recording

Sessions are not recorded unless both parties explicitly agree in advance.

8. Liability You participate entirely at your own risk. I accept no liability for any adverse reactions, injury, or loss arising from the session. Energy healing is not regulated in the UK and is classified as complementary/alternative therapy.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
